The Services are primarily free and facilitate volunteer connections. This Policy covers account cancellation and event registrations. If payments or donations are involved (e.g., via integrated features), additional terms may apply. This is a strict no-refunds policy—all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

1Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@impactvolunteer.com.

Upon cancellation, access ceases, and data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy. We may cancel accounts for violations without notice.

2Event Registration Cancellation

You can cancel volunteer event registrations via your account or by contacting the organizer.

Cancellations return spots to inventory. No-shows may affect future access.

3Refunds

⚠️ STRICT NO-REFUNDS POLICY

Fees charged (e.g., for corporations and academia and other premium features or events), all payments are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing or reason.

No exceptions will be made for refunds, including for cancellations, no-shows, or any other circumstances. Contact support@impactvolunteer.com for any questions, but note that refunds will not be issued.

4Changes and Cancellations by Us

We may cancel events or features without notice; no liability for resulting losses, and no refunds will be provided.
